PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING

If the position requires psychological testing, in-Transit provides a unique testing procedure designed specifically to your companies culture and needs. The test can be as extensive as you would like it, applied by a recognized Psychologist and registered with the Medical Ethics committee who must approve the procedure before its applied. The report remains confidential to both the consenting candidate and client. For more information on this process refer:

 

SKILL TESTING

Skill testing is carried out specific to the roles needs by in-Transit Consulting; or a Technical Specialist contracted in,   to assist with placements outside of our expertise or experience.
